Mission Computer H160/H145 Recovery Plan

Since July 2023, QPinsight has been acting as Interim Project Manager for the AIRBUS H160 and H145 Mission Computer project for HENSOLDT Avionics (Pforzheim, DE).

Last month, a major milestone was reached with the delivery of the new hardware platform to AIRBUS. The project continues to progress, with important milestones to come in software and certification areas.

Project management support for mine warfare unmanned vehicle at EXAIL

QPInsight has started a new contract to support the company EXAIL (via EXPERING Consulting) to reinforce Project Management activities for new strategic exports projects (Unmanned underwater vehicles for mines warfare).

The objective is to set up robust processes and tools to better control projects executions from T0 to product delivery to final customers.

40th APQP Training delivered to SAFRAN through AIRBUS Beyond

In May 2025, QPInsight will deliver the 40th training sessions of APQP training to SAFRAN.

Since 2021, QPInsight is the partner of AIRBUS Beyond (training organisation) in charge of the deployment of APQP Training within SAFRAN Divisions in Europe. QPInsight has contributed to the development of the training by sharing its expertise of developing training based on cases studies and roles plays.
